Throughout his working career with various firms, he has been giving legal advise to a tremendous number of clients in different sectors; which include company formation and structuring, amending articles of association, merger, foreign investment, drafting & reviewing local and international business transactions agreements, and advising clients on different legal issues in addition to his very wide experience in litigation. |

He joined Baker and McKenzie Law Firm in Riyadh as a trainee before graduation. |
|
|
Was awarded his bachelor degree in Law, from King Saud University, Riyadh, KSA in 1992. |
|

Joined the National Commercial Bank in Riyadh, KSA as a legal adviser at the legal department at the Central Province Regional Management. |
|
|
Received his L.L.M degree Masters of Law from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio, USA, in 1996. |

Joined Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue, Washington D.C, USA , as an intern |
