H.E. Mr. Abd Al-Shakour Ali Jazzar:

• Minister of Commerce' Legal Adviser.

• Deputy Minister of Commerce for Legal Affairs.

• Assistant Deputy Minister of Commerce for Legal Affairs.

• Director of the Legal Department at the Ministry of Commerce.

• Was awarded his Bachelor degree in Laws, from Cairo    University – Egypt 1963.

• Attended many specialized legal courses in deferent legal aspects and in insurance and    arbitrations.
• During his long experience in public sector that lasts more than (35) years, he was appointed as    Chairman and/or member of the following Committees:

 

- Commercial Dispute solvency Committee in Riyadh.

 

- The Appeal Committee for Commercial papers.

 

- The Higher Labor Dispute Solvency Committee.

 

- The Electrical Services Committee.

 

- The Board of the General Authority of Rail Way.

 

- The Auditor Applicant Committee.

 

- The Segregation Jurisdiction Committee between the

 

   Commercial Solvency Committee and the Share Courts.

 

- Representing the Ministry of Commerce the Unity of
     the Judicial Authorities.

Mr. Mohammad A.A Jazzar:
 

Throughout his working career with various firms, he has been giving legal advise to a tremendous number of clients in different sectors; which include company formation and structuring, amending articles of association, merger, foreign investment, drafting & reviewing local and international business transactions agreements, and advising clients on different legal issues in addition to his very wide experience in litigation.

 

• He joined Baker and McKenzie Law Firm in Riyadh as a trainee before graduation.

 

• Was awarded his bachelor degree in Law, from King Saud University, Riyadh, KSA    in 1992.

 

• Joined the National Commercial Bank in Riyadh, KSA as a legal adviser at the legal    department at the Central Province Regional Management.

 

• Received his L.L.M degree “Masters of Law” from Case Western Reserve    University,    Cleveland, Ohio, USA, in 1996.

 

• Joined Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue, Washington D.C, USA , as an intern

 

• Joined Arthur Andersen & CO., Riyadh, KSA, as a legal adviser.
